Description
SAPEN monofilament PVA fiber is made of Polyvinyl alcohol. It's for use in fiber reinforced concrete, stucco and precast. PVA fiber is specifically designed for use in concrete products the surface is specially modified for the purpose of controlling plastic shrinkage, thermal cracking and improving abrasion resistance. When the fiber is used at high doses it can dramatically improve flexural characteristics of concrete products.

Guidelines for use
1. Generally, keep the original mix ratio and the stressed steel bar, no need to change.
2. Dosage: in general, about 0.9-1.9 kg/m3 of each cubic meter concrete.
3. Mixing: fibers can be added directly to the mixing system during or after the batching of the ingredients and mixed at high speed for a minimum of five minutes. Additional mixing does not adversely affect the distribution or overall performance of Fibers. The addition of Fibers at the normal or high dosage rate does not require any mix design or application changes. A water reducer or super-plasticizer is recommended in concrete products where improved workability and finishability are desired..
4. Forming and curing. No special requirements, just as usual.
