Description
Hooked end steel fibre is made of cold-drawn wire. In the concrete mixture, add right amount steel fibres can be mixed into a kind of special jetting as well as casting concrete, namely steel fibre reinforced concrete. Compared with general concrete, steel fibre concrete has a great improvement in tensile strength, flexural strength, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, toughness, crack resistance and antiknock performance.

Guideline for use

1. Dosage: depend on the application and minimum dosage range is 20kg/m³-70kg/m³.
2. Mixing: put sand and stones into the hopper. While turning the sand and stones into the hopper, mix the proper amount of loose steel fiber, and then add the cement.Hang the sand, stones, steel fibers, and cement from the hopper into the mixing table and dry mix for 2 minutes, then add water to mix for 2 minutes. Glued steel fiber should be added after water mixed to dissolving glue.
3. Put the evenly mixed fiber concrete into the carriage and transport it.
4. The concrete pouring and laying should be tamped and compacted.
